The Eugene Feit Award in Civil War Studies
The NYMAS Civil War Book Award was instituted in 2002 and it became the Eugene Feit Award in Civil War Studies in 2010 on the passing of Eugene Feit, NYMAS Executive Director from 2005-2010. It is awarded to authors who produced impactful and valuable written works on Civil War history
